Job DescriptionThe Visa Global Digital Sales team is a new team responsible for building out a digital demand response and sales coverage engine supporting multiple digital sales centres, enabling Visa to accelerate growth, leveraging continuous innovation with an optimized sales model while building deeper relationships with our customers. We are looking for a sales enablement leader to join our regional digital sales team to help our management team effectively enable their Digital Sales Reps (DSRs) and Business Development Reps (BDRs) with the tools, resources, and training to effectively sell Visa solutions while enhancing sales performance and productivity.

The Sales Enablement Director will empower sales leaders and representatives by providing them with essential learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth and success. Collaborating with the Europe Digital Sales team, Europe functional partners and the broader global Digital Sales enablement team, the Sales Enablement Director will create and implement effective, data-driven solutions to transform the sales process for Digital Sellers and Business Development Representatives.
Key job responsibilities will include:
Engage with new hires, current team members, and sales leaders to enhance their understanding of Visa products and sales strategies. Localize and execute the digital sales training and enablement strategy and persona-based learning paths for digital sales teams (DRS and BDRs) inclusive of onboarding excellence and ongoing regional enablement initiativesSupport regional digital sales leadership and sales teams by providing real-time coaching and feedback on topics including but not limited to, lead management, prospecting, objection handling, deal strategy, negotiation, and tools training. Organize and facilitate sales skills workshops to uplevel seller performance. Partner with global Digital Sales enablement lead to identify opportunities for process optimization through both technology and operational design. Conduct regular sales training sessions, and workshops, and role-playing exercises to reinforce critical sales competencies and customize training solutions based on specific needs of the end-user (new hire, experienced reps, payments experience vs no payments experience, etc.)Support targeted sales programs that enable sales to increase their pipeline and revenue. Analyze and process data to deliver data-driven insights to identify and refine training needs and assess the effectiveness of the regional enablement programsLead cross-functional efforts within region, partnering with RCO, Cluster teams, Product Marketing, Client Services, Sales Engineering, and Visa University, aligning all stakeholders behind a single, regional sales training and enablement calendar. Drive strategic alignment across Business Units, Regional Sales Excellence, and Functions to design, develop, and execute Sales Enablement strategies and plans Stakeholder management and strategic alignment with Value Added Services sales enablement, Commercial Money Movement sales enablement, RCO team, Visa University, CS, Product Marketing, cluster teams, among others. Facilitate and actively promote sharing of best practices and influence adoption across region. Track and report on effectiveness of enablement initiatives in the regionIn future, potential to manage subset of team members and provide continuous coaching and training to teammates QualificationsRequired skills & experience:
Intimately familiar with our product catalogue, and can work consultatively with those teams to bring the right value props into the DS engine.Proven experience in commercial environment and analytical skillsPrior experience in a full-cycle sales role, sales enablement, or related field with a focus on onboarding and skills developmentExperience coaching and delivering value selling or solution selling programs aligned to a sales methodology. A passion for teaching, a strong grasp of adult learning principles, and the ability to deliver engaging, hands-on programs while representing a positive and collaborative teamProven ability to deliver both in-person and virtual training to diverse, multi-cultural teams Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills, with the ability to engage teams and leaders across multiple seniority levels . Extensive organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives and prioritize effectively Fluent English language skillsPreferred skills & experience:
Language skills including Spanish, French, Italian, Polish or GermanExperience with a sales learning & engagement platform (i.e. Highspot)Additional Information:
Working location: This role is based in the Madrid office, full-time in the office.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
