Sales Director - NCD

Job Description:

The Sales Director - NCD is tasked with building, leading and engaging a diverse team of sales associates to drive profitable growth within a vast portfolio of channels.

What are we looking for?

A Bachelors degree in a business field with 10+ years in sales environment with a strong understanding in consumer. Preferred experience in the CPG field.Prior experience being a team leader or showing excellent leadership skills.Experience in stakeholder engagement.Expert in managing complexity, strong human relations, strong analytical and presentation;Has a winning and responsible attitude;Ability to travel 50% of the time and attend business functions beyond normal business hours.

What will be your key responsibilities?Lead and create a high-performing learning environment with direct reports by: encouraging personal development, achieving business growth and building up highly engaged associates through open team building and inspiring associates to believe they make a difference in daily conduction of business.Ensure that the financial targets and sales budgets associated with assigned areas of responsibility are managed within company targets.Lead the development and deployment of the Modern Trade strategies and build/sustain the strategic partnership with key retailer partners to achieve the agreed sales, distribution, in-store presence, freshness targets.Lead and deliver the fast-growing Snack Chain channel business development ambition with +30% increase.Actively participated in the Club Format business development through partnership with Sam’s, Costco, and etc. with seamless One Demand collaboration (Brand, Customer Development, Portfolio Innovation, etc.).Lead and develop the total team of 55 associates nationwide.
