My client is a dynamic, growth-oriented company operating in a high-technology market.
As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy to drive sustainable growth, manage sales teams, and expand market share across UK/EMEA territories. You will be the key driver in executing the company’s vision and ensuring its long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the Sales Strategy and Annual Plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Manage and motivate the internal and external sales teams to exceed performance targets. Lead tender responses and drive the development of the channel strategy for all business units. Build and sustain long-term relationships with key customers, identifying new opportunities and markets. Provide insights and solutions to ensure continuous growth, overseeing performance reports, and tactical improvements.

Key Requirements:

15+ years of Sales Management experience, preferably in the aerospace and defense sector. Proven track record of driving significant growth and delivering on targets. Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in managing and motivating teams. Strong commercial acumen and experience in business development and contract negotiations. Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant field (or equivalent industry experience).
