Sales Director – Warehouse Automation

Mackenzie Stuart is working in close partnership with an international warehousing solutions company. The company is a leading specialist in warehouse automation solutions.

We are currently hiring for a Sales Director role, based remotely in the US.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies, with the vision of increasing revenue growth and market shareEffectively lead, manage and develop a sales team of varying levels of experienceBuild and develop collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholdersUsing data, analyse customer needs in order to create new sales channelsContract negotiations with clients from enquiries to quotationsHaving a complete understanding of the product range that is being soldBe a key collaborator in marketing, project development and execution

To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:

Industry experience in intralogistics automationExperience leading technical sales projects, particularly growing and developing sales teamsExcellent communication skills, and a strong business acumenBachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree in a relevant area (preferred)
