具备12年以上医疗健康产业销售方面的成功业绩,同时具备家用和院用经验者优先;Minimum of 12 years of proven track record of business success in medical and healthcare industry sale. Cover both homecare and hospital experience is preferred.
在中国市场、渠道发展和商业模式演变方面有广泛经验,生命科学/医疗保健/技术/消费行业领域尤佳;Extensive experience in market, channel development and business model evolution ideally within life-sciences/healthcare/technology/consumer sectors in China.
管理经验丰富,善于赋能并激发团队潜力,能够指导并培养成员发挥团队价值;Prior experience in a leadership role; Ability to empower & motivate individuals to exceed their potential and guiding/mentor teams to be greater than the sum of its parts.
有一定的数据分析能力,通过评估各类因素,能够有效解读并判断业务趋势;Able to analyze of situation or data requires evaluation of a different factors and understanding of current business trends.
具较强的业务导向并践行,具备通过横向协同实现业务增长和市场渗透的能力;Strong growth orientation, bias to action with a track record of achieving business growth and market penetration across remits.
