The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities through outbound calling and pro-active outreach activities. We are looking for someone who thinks creatively and has a passion for sales. The candidate must also be self-motivated and has a desire to succeed and create awareness for Worldpanel.

What does success look like in this role?

Developing sales opportunities from a diverse range of companies through proactive outreach and responding to incoming leadsWinning sales pitches by supporting sales colleagues on presentations, proposals, pricing and onboarding
 Key OutcomesTaking ownership of your prospect list, developing your own prospect pipeline through creative, personalised and impactful activitiesFocusing on the start of the sales cycle – establishing needs of clients and breaking through with articulate and engaging materialPresenting our capabilities to clients and offering solutions that meet their business needsIdentify client requirements through forming relationships and understanding their business issues and linking this to our offeringHitting and exceeding personal targets and contributing to team targetsContributing to account plans and forecasts
 Key Capabilities:Previous experience in a sales or business development role.Ability to immerse self in the sector, absorb industry and client issues to apply to our solution.Strong communication skills.Team contributor, bringing energy and creative thinking and approaches.High client orientation.Positive ‘can-do’ attitude.Passion to succeed against set business targets.A curiosity about consumer spending and behaviour.Actively seeks out new opportunities for development.
