Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Position Overview:

Shooter Detection Systems pioneered the gunshot detection market, transforming proven military detection systems for commercial applications are collectively seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our National Account Team. This is a critical front-line position focused on driving growth through inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting. You'll play a key role in identifying potential customers, sparking interest, and setting the stage for the sales team to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals Generate outbound leads through email campaigns, social outreach, and cold calling Research and identify potential clients in key verticals Maintain and update CRM with detailed notes and lead status Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies Set appointments and demos for Account Executives Consistently meet or exceed monthly activity and meeting goalsQualifications:
1–2 years of sales or lead generation experience SaaS lead generation experience preferred Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Comfortable making cold calls and engaging decision-makers Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach) Self-starter with a positive, team-oriented attitudeWHY WORK FOR ALARM.COM?
