Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to drive new business growth and increase our market share. This role is primarily commission-based, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in a results-oriented environment. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the healthcare and radiation safety sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and grow sales funnel and revenue— complete all necessary steps from lead generation, opportunity creation and closing of sales among new customers.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and support lead generation efforts.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market demands.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the healthcare or radiation safety industry.
Strong understanding of medical devices and radiation safety products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
