We are actively seeking a Sales Development Administrator. This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days in our Tokyo office.
Position Summary
The Sales Development Administrator will support the Senior Account Executive and the Account Executive in the growth of New Customer Invoice. The sales Admin will be an excellent communicator and will support sales activities by coordinating with prospects and other departments within the company.
Responsibilities
Work in collaboration with field account executives to meet and exceed quota.Coordinate with field account executives on preparation for sales meetings.Help coordinate and drive next steps in sales opportunities.Engage with customers and prospects by building relationships and rapport.Manage client proposals and legal contract processes.Cross functional coordination on internal processes for deal progressionHelp conduct business meetings over the phone with video conferencing technology.By consolidating and systematizing internal sales information, deliver sales success stories to sales. For example: By consolidating proposal materials and creating an environment where sales can use materials from other companies, increase sales productivity.By organizing and managing customer information, to support sales in finding reference candidates that customers are interested in.Send VITO on behalf of sales and obtain appointments on behalf of SDRs.Qualifications/Skills/Experience
