Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Selling our programs and contacting our German customers through phone and in online meetings (no cold calling) Reaching weekly and monthly sales targets and other predefined KPIs Managing our customers database to increase sales Using our “Digital Studio” Technology to engage with customers Working and performing for a global organization with young and energetic colleagues from all around the world

Requirements we are looking for are:

Minimum bachelor’s degree in educationOral and written fluency in German and EnglishMinimum 1-3 years of experience, ideally gained while working within a sales office environment with high-paced telemarketing activitiesPassion and a natural gift for salesVery strong commercial instinctExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProactive team spirit, ability to thrive under high pressure towards achieving goalsExperience in working or studying abroad
