Our hotel is connected to a shopping mall, it has 154 rooms including 31 Suites, 30 Beach Suites and 6 Villas with private pools, a private beach, a sea water infinity beach pool and a heated indoor pool, Spa and Fitness Center, and 10 food and beverage venues including an open-air 350 seat beach restaurant.About The RoleFour Seasons Hotel Alexandria is looking for a Sales Coordinator who will provide all support functions to their supervisor including, but not limited to typing, the preparation of proposals and contracts, input and maintenance of databases, supply ordering and tracking, handling incoming and outgoing mail, answering phones and providing additional general office assistance when needed. The candidate must be flexible, cooperative, able to multi-task, and a team player. A positive and professional attitude is necessary.What You Will Do1.Perform administrative duties such as managing account database (Delphi), email, copying, faxing.
2.Prepare proposals and contracts
3.Ordering supplies
4.Handle incoming and outgoing mail
5.Creation and management of monthly promotional mailings, newsletters, and promotions for customers. Coordinate and assist with customer events.
6.Coordination of sales appointments for the Regional Director of Sales & Sales Managers .
7.Communicate with customers, on-property hotel managers, staff, and corporate office on a regular basis.
8.Assist clients in the absence of the Sales Managers or Regional Director of Sales.
What You Will Bring1.Proficient in computer skills (including Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, notes and usage of the internet) necessary to complete correspondence such as proposals, letters, and inter-office communications.
2.Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
3.Ability to take prompt action to begin and accomplish assignments.
4.Ability to work cooperatively managers and co-workers
5.Ability to remain calm and professional while working under pressure.
