As a Sales Coordinator for our Key Account Sales team, you'll generate and present actionable sales reports. You'll foster collaboration to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience. Using your strong organizational skills, you'll ensure the accuracy of our product data and present any findings to the appropriate stakeholders. In This Role\nGenerate and present ad-hoc reports to our Account Executives to drive key sales initiatives with actionable insights \nFoster effective communication and collaboration across Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Art Studio, and other departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency \nDeliver exceptional customer service by proactively identifying and resolving issues quickly and effectively \nRegularly engage with customers and Account Executives to analyze feedback, address service needs, and implement effective solutions \nElevate our customer service experience by resolving issues in a timely manner, identifying trends, evaluating processes, and driving continuous improvement  \nOptimize customer operational performance by providing essential resources and technical advice \nCollect and report key project metrics, including asset completion, to ensure transparency and accountability \nCollaborate cross-functionally to build maintain accurate product data on ecommerce sites \nBuild and maintain strong relationships across all departments, ensuring exceptional service for both internal and external stakeholder \nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team \nOther duties as assigned by Management \n

The Ideal Person\n1+ years of experience in B2B customer facing or customer support role  \nBachelor's Degree preferred\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup and pivot table experience) \nExperience with full Microsoft and Google suite of programs \nAdvanced organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment \nA friendly and collaborative demeanor, with the ability to work well in a team environment  \nStrong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently  \nAbility to work in an international environment with diverse teams and customers  \nActive and engaged listener, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with various audiences \n
