Principal Accountabilities 

Follow make sheet to ensure head count is properly entered into fab floorCommunicate with sales cooler to ensure we have correct supplyWork with other employees to help ensure make sheet is followed

Required Qualifications 

Must be eligible to work in the united states without visa sponsorship Must be 18 years or older Work in a cold environment 32-65 degreesAble to go up and down stairsAble to lift 50 pounds or moreAble to work on 2nd shiftWork in a fast pace environment 1 or more years of experience in productionBasic understanding of computersBasic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc…)Read, write and speak EnglishAbility to understand a make sheet

Preferred Qualifications 

High school degree or GED equivalentExperience reading and following a make sheetDemonstrated leadership skillsBilingual (English, Spanish, Somali or Burmese)Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
