Conduct financial reporting and analysis related with top line. Create budgeting and forecasting for top line. Lead in compliance and internal controls for Sales and Trade Marketing Team, also leading in top line compliance with Reckitt Financial Control Framework requirements. Managing data, creating ad hoc reporting to support decision making. **Your responsibilities** In summary, you'll: + Partnering with Trade Marketing and Sales Director: maintain, oversee, and control budget related to Trade Investment for all stores and channel. + Reviewing Trade Investment and In Market Sales Latest View proposal from Trade Marketing and Sales Team (3 months rolling forecast). + Bi-weekly calculation of Net Revenue Latest View number including submission to global team. + Monthly calculation of shipment to distributor target based on In Market Sales Latest View to achieve DB stock week target. + Daily review and approval of trade investment creation in Vistex system. + Partnering with Sales Director and Sales Channel Head to control/improve actual sales return. + Review all journals created related to top-line during month-end closing process. + Calculating trade investment accruals sufficiency analysis, leading on accruals sufficiency meeting with Sales Director, overseeing action plan execution from the meeting. + Preparing for and leading on Net Revenue sign-off meeting with Sales Director and General Manager. + Prepare all reports required by global team after month-end closing related to top-line performance and actual trade investment. + Review in detail Balance Sheet reconciliation for sales return accruals, and trade investment related GL accounts. Preparing quarterly slide on sales return and trade investment related for presentation to Finance Director. + Prepare whole requirement for business plan update calculation, including top line scenarios, Net Revenue by brand, Net Revenue bridge, monthly phasing net revenue, and partnering with Sales Director to plan Trade Inventory stock level at store. + Prepare and fill-up global template during business plan update and presentation slide related with top line. **The experience we're looking for** + Knowledge of ERP (SAP) desirable but not essential. Fast learner attitude required. + Highly organized with ability to prioritize. Must be able to manage time effectively in a complex environment. Able to deliver several key objectives within the same timeframe by cooperating with other team members. + Innovative - able to identify solution which work more effective in practice and with compliance to standards operation procedures. + Professional approach and self-confident, able to win confidence and deal with a wide range of team and customers. + Ability to drive through and initiate/manage change. + Strong influencing and interpersonal skills - able to manage conflict and resistance. + Decisive - able to identify and focus on key issues. **The skills for success** Business partner for Sales Director, Trade Marketing and Sales Team to achieve top-line target.
