Sales Controller (m/f/d)

About the Team 
We expand our Sales Excellence team at the location in Poland.

Responsible for divisional Sales reporting. Support corporate and Commercial Vehicle specific reporting systems and tools to enable the division, product lines, region, and sales teams to best analyze their performance. 


What you can look forward to as Sales Controller (m/f/d):

Divisional Sales Reporting of Actuals, Forecast, Operational Planning, Strategic Planning for Volume, Sales, on weekly, monthly and year over year basis; Interface between Market and Finance view on sales; Initiate and support further development of process and tools with Finance, Market, Supply Chain Management and IT;  Ensuring that divisional needs are reflected in other domain systems/tools.

Details:

Cross analysis of market planning data, review of Market and Financial sales forecast Reporting of weekly divisional sales forecast and actual sales to divisional management Preparation of monthly sales flash and Corporate Financial Performance report Ad hoc reporting throughout the entire divisional organization (e. g. region, product lines, market, logistic, operations, quality) Support further development of planning tools and systems for enhancements. Counter partner for business and IT


Your Profile as Sales Controller (m/f/d):

Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent studies with financial focus; At least 5-year work experience in finance/controlling;  Fluent handling of standard software (MS-Office) as pre-requisite; Market, customer and commercial vehicle industry knowledge with operational sales or finance background; Problem-solving and analytical skills; Very good English communication skills (speaking and writing); Team- and communication skills, engagement and reliable; Good knowledge of SAP BW Analyzer, Power BI.
