Purpose of Role
Responsible for performing controlling activities in sales area at different seniority levels. Provide business and financial insights for high-quality decision making. Ensures all analyses related to this topic are aligned with stakeholders and carried out effectively. Contribute business insight to global process and projects and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
As local champion of planning process, play a role of overall control of System, Field Upgrade and Service sales forecast incl. monthly forecast (MOR), quarter end latest estimation (LE), and target annual planning (TAP). Ensure business risk and opportunity are timely reflected in financial forecast. Drive process improvement with incorporation of country business circumstances.
Support volume purchase agreement (VPA) accounting view review and validation
Facilitate VPA execution monitoring by integrating business and financial information
Closely work with China Account, BDM and BL to improve demand collection and alignment process
Being the key user/ leading member of country for global analytic tool design, implementation.
Interface and bridging consensus on sales operation, financial planning request, accounting booking with relevant parties to remove operational obstacles
Support other ad hoc requests from Team Lead of China BI&C and China Country Finance Lead

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Ideally the individual has over 10 years experience in international companies and good understanding of organizational matrix. This individual should also have a successful track record in strong financial controls, planning, and analysis. Key competencies required include:

Education and skills
Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in the area of Accounting/Finance, Business Administration
Skilled in use of SAP R/3, BW, MS Access, Power BI, tableau or equivalent analytical tool is a plus.
