Introduction to the jobResponsible for performing controlling activities in sales area at different seniority levels. Provide business and financial insights for high-quality decision making. Ensures all analyses related to this topic are aligned with stakeholders and carried out effectively. Contribute business insight to global process and projects and drive continuous improvement.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
Role and responsibilitiesAs local champion of planning process, play a role of overall control of System and Field Upgrade sales forecast incl. monthly forecast (MOR), quarter end latest estimation (LE), and target annual planning (TAP). Ensure business risk and opportunity are timely reflected in financial forecast. Drive process improvement with incorporation of country business circumstances.Joint local deal (focus on BL APPs) preparation and internal negotiation together with VDTSupport volume purchase agreement (VPA) accounting view review and validationFacilitate VPA execution monitoring by integrating business and financial informationClosely work with China Account, BDM and BL to improve demand collection and alignment processBeing the key user/ leading member of country for global analytic tool design, implementation.Interface and bridging consensus on sales operation, financial planning request, accounting booking with relevant parties to remove operational obstaclesSupport other ad hoc requests from Team Lead of China BI&C and China Country Finance LeadEducation and experienceBachelor or Master degree, preferably in the area of Accounting/Finance, Business AdministrationIdeally over eight-year experience in international companies and good understanding of organizational matrix. Successful track record in strong financial controls, planning, and analysis.
