Sales Consultant (Call Centre)

Purpose of the role:
To provide a sales, promotion, communication, and administrative service to clients with
clearer communication and effective administration; to the extent necessary for the
organization to achieve its objectives

Duties and responsibilities

a) Prompt and professional answering and handling of incoming telephone calls in
accordance with laid down company standards.
b) Accurate recording of client information on company’s computer system (Delfin)
c) Prompt and effective handling of any complaints received from clients, other branches
and Head Office.
d) Prompt and effective handling of any enquiries regarding payments (eft, Allps, Nupay,
etc.)
e) Assisting with checking and capturing of Nupay reports and follow up on failed
transactions
f) Assisting with minimizing of Bad Debt
g) Daily Balancing of Cash Box
h) Assisting with accurate completion of Daily, Monthly and other reports required from
Head Office
i) Assisting with reconciliation of all Client accounts (updating file notes regularly)
j) Accurate maintenance of administration records including the keeping of all information
required relating to issuing of loans
k) Proper and accurate operation of company computer systems and processes in
accordance with procedures laid down by the company from time to time.

Qualifications:
Matric

Experience:
1 year experience in a working environment

Knowledge and Skills:
 Analytical skills
 Attention to detail
 Results-orientation
 Target driven
 Ability to perform duties efficiently and effectively without full-time supervision

Additional Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is recommended
