The Role:
We are looking for a full-time Sales Confirmation Representative to make outbound confirmation calls to customers scheduled to be installed the next day. This role is essential to our department's success in delivering world-class customer service!
Compensation: $17Hourly + commission

Job Duties:
Outbound confirmation calls to potential Vivint customers scheduled for Installation
Increase the company's fulfillment by confirming customers' installation date
Troubleshoot account and address customer concerns
Must be able to work out of our Provo Headquarters
