The Role:
We are looking for a full-time Sales Confirmation Representative to make outbound confirmation calls to customers scheduled to be installed the next day. This role is essential to our department's success in delivering world-class customer service!
Compensation: $17Hourly + commission

Job Duties:
+ Outbound confirmation calls to potential Vivint customers scheduled for Installation
+ Increase the company's fulfillment by confirming customers' installation date
+ Troubleshoot account and address customer concerns
+ Must be able to work out of our Provo Headquarters

WORKING CONDITIONS:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
