Product and system support to internal stakeholders (e.g. claims, customer service, billing)
and intermediaries
• Producer and agent ID setup and other relating issues, i.e. ensuring that backend is up to
speed
• Campaign setup and tracking
• Raise incident/ data patching tickets and follow up on progress
• Perform market scans, analyse market trends, and provide product comparisons and analysis
• Preparation and participation in product launches and events
• Invoice processing and approval
• Monthly accrual submission, reconciliation, report generation and invoicing
• Perform sanction checks and submission to Compliance Team
• GIA licence application and renewal, contract preparation
• Support in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Other projects or duties as assigned
