City Wide Facility Solutions is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Associate to become a part of our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing relationships with existing clients. Your primary focus will be on service, sales, and supporting the team in meeting our clients' needs.
The Sales Associate will work closely with the sales team to identify potential customers, conduct outreach through calls and emails, and schedule appointments. You will facilitate the sales process through research and follow-ups, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Proactively identifying and qualifying leads through various channels. Scheduling and conducting sales appointments with potential clients. Working collaboratively with the sales team to prepare presentations and proposals. Tracking and managing sales activities through our CRM system. Conducting market research to keep track of trends and competitors.
