POSITION SUMMARY:

Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and access customers needs and provide assistance.  Be knowledgeable of products offered and maintain presentable condition of products. 

 

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

High School Degree

EXPERIENCE:

Cash Register and Sales experience helpful, but not required.  Will train.

COMPETENCIES:

Basic understanding of sales and customer service practices Knowledge of products Mathematical ability Proficiency in English and solid communication skills

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operate cash register and credit card machine Service and cater to customer's needs Price and display merchandise Inventory and stock merchandise Check food products for expiration dates Straighten products on shelves and maintain a clean and organized shop    May perform additional responsibilities as need
