Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Sales Assistant in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Sales Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, providing comprehensive support for sales activities. This includes maintaining customer records, processing data, and coordinating projects, while also being the frontline of communication for our business.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer credit applications using ADP - Financial Services and Concur software.
• Keep precise records of customer credit using CRM and Crystal Reports tools.
• Manage inbound telephone calls, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and clear, detailed messaging.
• Support the sales team by coordinating the buying processes and handling cash activity.
• Create and update job orders, ensuring a seamless flow of jobs.
• Regularly provide updates on project statuses, maintaining clear and accurate project documentation.
• Assist with miscellaneous office tasks, such as signing out files and arranging breakfast.
• Uphold a detail oriented demeanor while engaging candidates and clients over the phone.
• Contribute to the smooth running of the office by following established procedures and systems.
• Coordinate various construction projects, ensuring all project documentation is up to date. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Sales Assistant role or similar position
• Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with Concur software
• Experience in using CRM systems
• Knowledge in generating Crystal Reports
• Proficient in Data Processing tasks
• Experience in using About Time software
• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls professionally
• Understanding of Buying Processes in a sales environment
• Experience in managing Cash Activity and Cash Handling
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in handling Inbound Telephone Calls
• Excellent Phone Etiquette
• Able to handle Phone Inquiries professionally
• Ability to take Detailed Messages accurately
• Experience in monitoring Project Status
• Familiarity with Construction Projects
• Experience in handling Project Documentation
