Sales and Training Coordinator Renewal by Andersen - Hayward, CA Join Renewal by Andersen, a leader in the window and door industry, as a Sales and Training Coordinator! We're looking for an individual with a strong background in sales training and coordination to enhance our dynamic team. Position Overview: As the Sales and Training Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in training and supporting our new in-home Design Consultants. You will partner with the national sales training team and help oversee a structured 8-week training program comprising both in-person and field training, ensuring new team members are equipped to succeed in closing sales. Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate and oversee daily training classes for new Design Consultants, including attendance and engagement. • Conduct role-plays and discussions to reinforce training materials. • Mentor and coach new Design Consultants during ride-alongs to provide real-time feedback. • Collaborate with Sales Managers to prepare materials for department meetings and training sessions. • Manage various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, report generation, and timecard discrepancies. • Order materials utilized in training. • Support new Design Consultants in following up on outstanding customer contracts and compliance with departmental standards. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; training or outside sales experience preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM; comfortable with technology (iPad). • Detail-oriented, self-starter, and energetic with strong people skills. • Ability to carry 40-60lbs of product samples. • Required: Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to the Hayward, CA office M-F (7:30 am - 5 pm, with occasional weekend availability) Compensation & Benefits: • Annual salary of $80,000, plus commission and bonuses based on performance. • Comprehensive insurance (medical, dental, vision, life), 401(k) with company match. • Student loan repayment program. • PTO, paid holidays, and flexible floating holidays for a healthy work-life balance.
