Sales and Relationship Executive
Overview

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Relationship Executive to join their team in the Western Cape. As a leader in the packaging manufacturing industry, the company values relationships, innovation, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships within the region.

Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and actively pursuing sales leads within the Western Cape region. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure excellent customer service by addressing their needs and inquiries. Conduct regular product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients to showcase our packaging solutions. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure effective product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns. Understand market trends and competitors’ activities to develop effective sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and explore new business opportunities. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to the management team on a regular basis. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and provide market feedback to the management team.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years experience in the waste industry. Minimum of 3 years Sales experience. Formal Environmental or waste Management qualification. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth in the packaging manufacturing industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain customer relationships. Strong negotiation and presentation skills to successfully close deals and win new business. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated, while also being a team player. A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Knowledge of packaging manufacturing processes and products is highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools for effective sales pipeline management. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Western Cape region.
