Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare and execute the handover process for project and contract executionParticipate in defining the Commercial Action Plan for the relevant product portfolioConduct Win/Loss analyses together with the Account Manager and participate in Return of ExperienceContribute to the definition of the Commercial Action Plan at the regional levelParticipate in opportunity detection processes with Account ManagersInterface with Product Lines (PL) for load forecastingManage commercial activities for a specific product line at the region/sub-region level, aiming to meet Order Intake and Gross Margin targetsHold regular meetings with customers alongside the Account ManagerDevelop and propose strategies to optimize market channelsAdjust and deploy the proposal strategy based on input from the customer, Account Manager, and contractors (if applicable)Assess project complexity and define a project strategy with input from the Account ManagerUnderstand the RFQ/customer requirements and needs and develop a value proposition for each offerDefine product specifications (spec-in, spec-out) and qualify productsInitiate the tendering process (Go/No Go + RFQ to PL Tendering) and monitor the progress of the tenderCollaborate with the Product Line to create the best technical-commercial offer, considering various parameters and stakeholdersSet target prices, collaborating with the Account Manager and PL CommercialValidate the Estimate Analysis Sheet and define the price in coordination with the Account Manager and PL CommercialStart and follow up on the tender approval process (RAM), preparing and submitting the offer through the Account ManagerManage contract negotiations in coordination with the Account ManagerAddress open concerns and lead the clarification processManage opportunities through CRM SFDCAdhere to Quality Procedures, work instructions, and processes both in GE and on-siteReport and resolve any non-conformities in a timely mannerShow commitment to safety by participating in both formal and informal discussionsParticipate in risk assessments of identified hazardsComply with all safety work procedures and instructionsEnsure cleanliness and organization meet required standardsEnsure safety work instructions are completedContribute to resolving safety issuesInitiate actions for improving health and safety as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering fields, especially electrical engineeringMinimum 5 years of high voltage experience in the energy sectorStrong technical background in sales, tendering or proposal areaStrong oral and written communication skills in EnglishPreferably strong oral and written communication skills in FrenchWillingness to travel on domestic and international areaComfortable in hybrid working conditions
