Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Product Manager in optimizing the offer portfolio and return on investment. Each day, you will ensure that ABB has full understanding of market requirements in a specific area and can transform those requirements into offer specifications and development activities. You will also showcase your expertise by performing various offer lifecycle activities supporting the development, launch, maintenance, pricing, and profitability. The work model for the role is: #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the Motion NEMA Motors division in Mexico. You will be mainly accountable for:• Understanding, following and supporting global or assigned area standards, market and customer requirements, and their impact on the current offer portfolio.• Ensuring whether technical solutions can be used across the Product Group’s offer portfolio to the maximum possible extent.• Managing the technical specification of the assigned products and supporting the Product Manager in developing the business case on offer developments of projects and cost reduction.Our team dynamicsYou will join a professional team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

You have 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or technical support of motorsAbility to demonstrate your knowledge of electrical motorsYou are at ease communicating in English in an intermediate-advanced levelHave knowledge of customized motor configuration and IEC/NEMA standards is desirable.Have established skills giving training sessionsBachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical engineering or relatedYou are qualified in SAP, Salesforce and MS Office
