Sales and Marketing - UK & Ireland Corporate & Private Side FX & Rates Sales – Associate

As an Associate in our Corporate FX Sales team, you will support the expansion of our corporate foreign exchange sales efforts, assist in developing strategic relationships with key clients, and contribute to revenue growth. This role requires a solid understanding of the FX market, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to client management.

Job Responsibilities

Support the Corporate FX Sales team in setting strategic direction and achieving sales targets and business objectives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their FX needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the client base and increasing market share. Collaborate with internal teams, including Trading, Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, and Operations, to deliver seamless and efficient service to clients. Monitor market trends and developments, providing clients with insights and advice on currency risk management strategies. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales activities.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Demonstrated experience in Corporate FX Sales or a related financial services role, with a proven track record of success. Strong knowledge of foreign exchange markets, products, and risk management strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

 

This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity. The successful candidate will therefore be subject to meeting UK regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and (where appropriate) approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulation Authority to carry out such activities.
