The beautiful Caribe Hilton is seeking a Sales and Marketing Analyst to join their team!  With over 65,000 sq ft of flexible event space, 4 ballrooms and 24 meeting rooms with the ability to host up to 3,000 attendees, and only seven miles from San Juan airport with a flight time of four hours from most major US cities, this is Puerto Rico’s perfect spot.

Ideal candidates for this position will have previous experience in sales, Delphi/salesforce, and forecasting.

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM

Pay Rate: $19.05

What will I be doing?

\n

A Sales & Marketing Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the department's operations by managing, reporting, coordinating projects, maintaining systems and ensuring compliance with Hilton standards.  

\n\nDesign, create, analyze and consolidate Sales & Marketing Departmental reports for the end of the month, quarter and annual reviews.\nCoordinate departmental projects and activities, including attending meetings, taking notes and following up on assigned duties. \nPrepares ales incentive workbooks for Groups, Corporate, Leisure Catering and Event Services teams\nPrepares and manage individual goal trackers for each of the managers participating in the Sales Incentive program\n Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the information entered in Delphi FDC including menu items, menu pricing, packages, meeting space details and other key data.\nCreate, manage and update merge documents, maintain MAR's and reviews R&I and Delphi FDC interface for accuracy,\nConduct regular audits for Group Sales, Local catering and Event Services bookings, and general systems data to ensure compliance with Hilton standards\nAudit Group and Events Contract and turn each booking definite status as part of the Turnover Process\nMaintains the departmental monthly checkbook and track expenses\nManage database systems relates to Sales & catering, including daily and monthly audits \nDaily/Monthly audits of Sales and Catering related systems to ensure hotel standard policies and procedures are in compliance\nProvides weekly and monthly date and assist in the forecast inputs and collaborates in the departmental budget development\nMaintain communication with departments involved in the assigned project/activity\nProvides various reports as requested, such as audit and commission reports among others\nApproach all encounters with Guest and Team Members in a friendly and service-oriented manner\nProvide courteous assistance to internal and external stakeholders\nGreet and assist internal and external customers with various requests\nParticipate actively in designated weekly departmental meeting and other scheduled meetings to support business operations, such as LMS, Hilton C&E, group-pick up, GRC review, etc.  Meeting frequency may vary.\nProvide administrative support, including answering phone calls, managing correspondence, copy/scan documents and distributing mail.\nAny other task assigned by the Director of Sales and/or the Director of Catering and Events\n
