Job Description:
Our client, a global leader and supplier of mining and construction equipment and tools, is currently seeking a Sales and Business Development Manager to join their team across all product portfolios. The primary focus of this role will be to increase revenue by fostering lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate the full potential of client accounts with particular products & services, fostering future business opportunities.
Create and execute tailored business plans for local accounts to secure and grow business within designated territories.
Implement performance management strategies, including talent development and succession planning, to optimize team effectiveness.
Act as the primary contact for customers, coordinating seamless delivery of products and services to meet their needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop specialized business strategies for equipment, aftermarket, and workshops in assigned regions.
Provide guidance to customers in forecasting their equipment, parts, and service requirements.
Drive revenue growth and operational efficiency across equipment, aftermarket, workshops, and customer service through effective sales execution.
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
Minimum 5 years of Sales Experience
Business Development Experience in Mining Sector
Proficient in English
Willingness to Travel
