What You Will Get To Do:

Manage collection, production, and distribution of various sales reports for senior leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant dataWork within the database and visualization tools to build new analytics and reports (end-user, no coding required) using descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analyticsSetting up new data structures across a group of dispersed data sets, sources and formatsEstablishing new data structures and modifying reporting templates, as neededSupporting sales management with the development, implementation, and roll out of new reportingResearching and responding to routine and ad-hoc requestsAssist in the production of presentation decks for sales managementAssist in the design and execution of strategic transformation projects within the sales groupResponsible for data quality and maintenanceCreate and maintain documentation related to data and reporting tasksAssist in additional project work as neededAccountable for completing task assignments and meeting deadlines with quality deliverablesQuickly learn new technologies to effectively execute responsibilities

What You Will Bring:

Experience working with large data setsKnowledge of data structures and relational databasesAdvanced expertise with Microsoft Office applications – specifically ExcelExperience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI preferredSome knowledge of SQL preferred, though direct coding will not be requiredAnalytical approach to problem solvingExceptional written and verbal communication skillsOutstanding organization and prioritization skillsDemonstrated ability to successfully accomplish responsibilities in high-pressure, high-workload environment to meet deadlinesAbility to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervisionAbility to form effective working relationships with senior executives and sales leadershipComfortable presenting to large groups and senior leadership teamsSuperior attention to detailSound marketing / sales instincts4-6 years’ experience working in Data Analyst or related roleBachelor’s Degree, preferably in Data Science, Informatics, Information Systems or related fields, Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
