Management of incoming sales data from two of our largest customers to provide insights to customer managers for purposes of enabling efficient promotional planning, forecasting with customers and identifying sales trends.

In this role, you will:
• Support the Category Manager (CM) and Group Account Manager (GAM) in management of inputs on the TPM (forecasting & financial tool)
• Analysis and reporting of stock on hand (SOH) versus sales out to provide insights for CM’s to accurately forecast sales & manage VBR accruals and write backs (TPM)
• Weekly tracking and updating of the promotional calendar for central distribution and aligning with Customer Logistics to ensure supply on time for promotional activity and assisting with delivery schedule.
• Sourcing and management of incoming scanned sales data reporting from various customer platforms / portals
• Sourcing and management of KC stock on hand in customer network and checking reporting trends (Webby) weekly once released.
• Analysis of in-house pricing reports and identify risk areas for action. (broadsheet / Silo)
• Loading of customer administration documents for customer (NPI) (prop docs) (static listing) and managing samples for buyers
• DPSM tracking and reporting through Pulse reports (monthly) Nielson.
• Be the shopper custodian of gold standard execution of planned shopper campaigns through the line from concept to placement instore, delivering strong ROI, tracking, and ensuring sales generation with each activity.
• Promotional compliance tracking through retailer website and SILO. PNS do track weekly so use in conjunction.
• Preparation of monthly Customer Review presentation and Adhoc requests.
• SAP BW reporting – monthly build and refresh per Customer Manager / GAM requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• A relevant post-graduate Commercial qualification.
• A minimum of 2 – 3 years relevant experience as per skills listed below
• SAP / BW and Nielsen experience
• Intermediate / Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
• Strong analytical skills to analyse data and generate these into insights, for feedback to Senior Stakeholders
• Strong financial acumen – understand how a P&L works
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – confidence to deal with all levels of Stakeholders
• Experience in FMCG will be highly advantageous
