Sales Analyst

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** + Manage the entire RFQ process, including preparing and submitting quotations, tracking responses, and follow up + Coordinate bid preparation activities, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time + Collaborate with sales, finance, and legal teams to gather necessary information for bids and proposals + Preparation of daily and monthly sales reports including analysis of volume/pricing variances + Support sales administration function with price increase administration and peak season backup + Provide administrative support to the sales team including PowerPoint presentations and data consolidation + Develop and implement process improvements relating to sales and sales reporting functions + Perform other duties, assignments and special projects as required **What Are We Looking For** + Minimum of 4-5 years of proven administration experience, managing RFQs and bids is a plus + Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree required + Demonstrated ability to multi-task and flexibility to adapt to changing business situations + Ability to work as part of a team environment and being able to work independently as required + High degree of accuracy and attention to detail + Excellent customer service abilities + Ability and willingness to work overtime as required + Computer competency using MS Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams + Knowledge of SAP and sales reporting systems is a plus **Work Environment** + Dynamic and supportive team environment. + Opportunities for professional growth and development. + Engaging and collaborative workplace culture. **What We Offer** + Competitive base salary, 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions, highly competitive benefits programs, including: + Medical, Dental, and Vision along with Prescription Drug Benefits + Health Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) + AD&D, Short- and Long-Term Disability Coverage as well as Basic Life Insurance + Paid Bonding Leave, 15 days of Paid Vacation, 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave and 10 Paid Holidays $65,490 - $81,910 Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled **Req ID** JR10004083 **Minimum Pay Rate:** 65,490.00 **Maximum Pay Rate:** 87,330.00
