SALES & ADVISORY ENABLEMENT LEADER

We will rely on you to:

Execution of Sales Strategy - supporting sales strategy development, building a sales analytics division, ensuring alignment with key leaders, driving operational excellence, and leading discussions on sales financials

Talent Management - leading goal setting and business planning, conducting activity and pipeline reviews, and collaborating with leaders to train colleagues in sales skills and value propositions

Market Orientation - building an industry sales approach, understanding clients' value drivers, creating a sales enablement process, and conducting competitor analysis to stay informed about the competition

Funnel Management and Forecasting - leading the development of sales financial packs, participating in sales forecasting, analyzing performance, and driving the development of data and analytics to support financial management and drive growth.

Communicates and reports to senior level colleagues on the territory sales performance, contributing market and product insights and coordinating across sales functions to gain business insights and growth opportunities.

Prepare monthly and quarterly stakeholders reporting for both Sales and Advisory.

What you need to have:

Bachelor’s degree, postgraduate studies in insurance (beneficial)

Strong strategic thinking

Agile and energetic

Thrives in ambiguity and complexity

Solutionist and Change agent

Sound knowledge of insurance and business sectors

Great communication skills, collaborator, influencer.

Technology savvy with strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) non negotiable
