Sales Administrator Senior
Position Overview As a Sales Administrator Senior. you will work cross-functionally within the existing International Business Administration team and sales organization to support our sales team and dealers with any contract and system inquiries, system integration, contract creation, legal documentation, and growth of Extended Warranty products. The Sales Administrator Senior. will also provide guidance to the product team in assembling products for system integration. The Sales Administrator Senior will work with the U.S. and Mexico Product Teams to create Extended Service Contracts through data entry and the preparation of legal contract documents using Microsoft Word. This role also involves supporting the Marketing and Product Teams by updating flyers with accurate contract details and ensuring Dealer websites are up to date with the latest marketing materials and pricing information. Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm (Hybrid 3 days onsite in Lisle Office, 2 days remote) Responsibilities Test the dealer registration site to ensure a smooth process for dealers Verify that all contract details are correct and ready for registration Assisting the digital solutions team with automating manual processes to improve efficiency Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree At least 2 years sales administration or customer service experience OR Master’s degree OR At least 4 years sales administration or customer service experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
