Sales Administrator

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Handle sales inquiries and process customer orders on various platforms Verify customer details, process payments, and update data in internal systems Inform customers on stock availability, alternatives, and lead times Issue accurate invoices and coordinate orders internally Manage and update sales and customer records, ensuring timely responses Maintain and enhance the company’s online presence, including website updates Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed Criteria:
Matric 2-3 years' experience in a similar role with experience in the FMCG industry being advantageous Computer literacy: proficient in Microsoft Office and Omni (advantageous) Excellent phone and email etiquette with strong customer service skills Outgoing personality, team player, and well-organised Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English, with clear communication skills Able to work well under pressure, maintaining a friendly, proactive approach Candidates who currently reside in close proximity to Kraaifontein / the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town are invited to apply for this position
