We’re looking for a passionate Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll be a crucial part of our retail sales team, ensuring everything runs smoothly and our internal and external customers receive an outstanding experience. What you will do

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage new vehicle orders using our in-house systems (training provided). Handle order amendments and track vehicle progress to delivery. Communicate with suppliers to schedule necessary work. Manage purchase orders for each deal. Keep customers informed about delivery timelines and manage any risks. Oversee vehicle registration, invoicing, and monitor GP variance. Coordinate with customers on truck orders and follow up with finance companies for payments. Collaborate with vehicle movement companies as needed. Who are you? Previous experience within the automotive sector would be advantageous.  A good understanding of sales and large-scale customer accounts is highly desirable We would love you to have broad ranging knowledge of MS office products (especially Excel!) Our team are organised, focused and friendly and we would love you to feel comfortable and welcome Full/current UK driving licence What’s in it for you?
