Schedule: Weekend availability required

The Sales Administrator is responsible for delivering comprehensive product information and delightful customer service throughout the sales process. This individual will work closely with the sales team to demonstrate product options to customers and ensures the customer receives a premium experience with personalized attention.

Area of Responsibility

Support sales representatives before, during and after the sale with focus on the customer product experience.Demonstrate key technologies and explain benefits to customers.Troubleshoot any customer needs or concerns with tech support.Assist in test-drives to explain technologies and features of vehicle to customer.Use technologies with demonstration of software, including video product presenter to showcase vehicle configuration in photo-realistic fashion.Go under intensive training to ensure up to date knowledge of BMW products and features.Moves and works with vehicles to maintain vehicle display and support vehicle sales activities.Delivers vehicles to sites and locations as required.Monitor tire pressure of vehicles; add air and fuel as needed.Recognize general vehicle repairs and/or building maintenance and notify management.Prepare sold vehicles for delivery.Prioritize vehicles that need to be prepped for delivery or washed based on general appearance.Assist the shuttle driver as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.​QualificationsOperate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.Professional appearance and work ethic.Effective interpersonal communication skills.Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
