Position Summary
Performs clerical and administrative duties related to the execution of the company’s contracts, blanket orders and long term agreements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Assists in the creation and delivery of customer related correspondence (e-mail, phone, letter, etc.).
+ Serve as a liaison with internal and external parties
+ Assists in the creation and delivery of quotations and customer presentations.
+ Assists Material Sourcing Specialist on pricing from vendors and PO entry.
+ Enters forecast data related to contracts, blankets and long term agreements into company ERP and MRP systems.
+ Creates management reports regarding the performance of contracts, blankets and long term agreements.
+ Manages the filing, archival and disposal of documentation related to contracts, blankets and long term agreements.
+ Reviews, confirms and provides data entry for customer purchase orders
+ Attention to detail with ability to spot errors and inconsistencies
+ Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
+ Serve as backup on sister division quotes.
+ Serve as phone backup.
+ Enter lost activity detail related to stock outages and/or pricing.
+ Other duties as assigned.
