Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position in the Telecom Services industry for a Sales Administrator in Reno, Nevada, 89509, United States. As a Sales Administrator, your primary role will involve supporting sales operations, interacting with customers, and handling CRM platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting sales research to identify potential opportunities
• Handling outbound calls to connect with customers and address their queries
• Providing pricing quotes to customers based on their requirements
• Delivering exceptional customer service to maintain customer satisfaction
• Utilizing Salesforce CRM to manage customer interactions and sales processes
• Entering orders into the system accurately for seamless processing
• Ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders
• Configuring Price Quotes (CPQ) to meet customer needs and business objectives
• Responding to inbound calls and providing timely solutions. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Administrator role or similar within the Telecom Services industry.
• Proficient with Configure Price Quote (CPQ) tools to generate accurate and highly competitive sales quotes.
• Solid experience in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for tracking client information and sales activities.
• Demonstrated expertise in using 'About Time' software for efficient time and attendance management.
• Proven experience in handling and effectively responding to inbound calls, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Proficient in order entry, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment. TalentMatch®
