The Sales Administrative Assistant has the responsibility of supporting a group of sales executives within an agency or region. This role requires someone who is detailed-oriented, well-organized, and has the ability to communicate effectively. It is equal parts sales and administrative functions.

What You'll DoPlease note that the duties below can vary based on the workflow of your local office.
Schedule and manage appointments and follow-up meetings for sales executives and prospective clients. Corresponds to prospect client lists.Communicate with brokers as needed to place business.Maintains database of prospect lists. Call prospective clients using a variety of methods, VOIP, automatic dialing or other advanced technology software. Other duties as assigned.Travel is expected to be 10% in this role.
