Minimum requirements for the role:

Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met, and promoting the company's products or services. Driving revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction. Building and establishing relationships with new clients by thoroughly researching them and arranging a sales call to present the product solutions to the key decision makers and ultimately closing the sale. Maintaining relationships with existing clients by being in contact with them on a regular basis and being their key contact also ensures that their needs are met, as well as up-sell or cross-sell other solutions to the client. Collaborating with sales teams to achieve quotas and objectives. Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing potential issues and concerns. Making 3 to 5 quality calls per day will ensure active pipelines. Preparing quotations, sales proposals and tender documentation and submitting these to prospective clients in accordance with their requirements and needs. Advising clients on the best possible solution for their application. Doing site visits and specifications to assist in qualifying the client needs. Doing product demonstrations & doing presentations to clients. Identifying potential clients and target markets to prospect to. Sourcing possible leads and clients. Correctly qualifying leads so that an appropriate proposal can be sent to the prospective client. Following up on proposals sent to clients. Identifying any competitors and any other threats to secure the order. Knowing when to call in a product specialist for advice/guidance. Providing proper and accurate sales forecasts to the Sales Manager on a weekly basis. Compiling lost and won statistics. Ensuring all quotations are saved on the CRM after sent to client. Closing and finalizing the order. Finalizing sales orders and documentation and sending them to all relevant parties. Completing technical specification sheets and costing sheets. Liaising with the deployment department to ensure that deployment takes place in accordance with the client’s requirements. Following up with the client to establish that they are satisfied that the deployment has occurred in line with their expectations. Following up once order is obtained on initial payment with client. Participate in the design/ development/ review/ implementation and monitoring of the staff/ office safety plans for each year. Reporting all safety incidents to the relevant people and comply with safety policies and procedures at workplace. Distributing safety information as and when required. Ensuring that the monthly new business sales target is reached every month. (new business is new and existing clients excluding contract renewals) Preparing and submitting all sales reports in accordance with the respective timelines for those reports. Maintaining an annual client retention rate of 95%. Obtaining a client satisfaction score of 4 out 5. E-mail CVs to [email protected]
Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
