Duties and responsibilities...

Assists existing and prospective clients in achieving their financial goals by providing relevant and appropriate financial advice, superior solutions and services to individual clients as per customer’s personal and financial circumstances and their goals or dreams for the futureOffers financial advice in adherence with the customers value proposition and compliance frameworkConsistently develops, tracks and reviews business plan to meet individual performance targets.Prospects in allocated marketsOffers specific range of insurance products, investments, study, funeral and life coversManage client product holding across a portfolio of Old Mutual solutionsBuild and manage exceptional client relationships

Minimum Requirements...

Namibian CitizenshipGrade 12 with commercial or business-related subjects and a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an insurance intermediary or related experience in the financial services or, grade 10 with commercial or business-related subjects and a minimum of five years’ experience as an insurance intermediary or related experience in the financial services and markets sectorA clear criminal and credit checkAbility to work under pressure whilst still maintaining a professional imageGood planning, organising and time-management skillsComputer literacy (MS Office Suite)Proactive and passionate about salesOutstanding networking skillsGood interpersonal and communications skillsSelf-starter and team playerValid Driver’ licenseHaving a vehicle will be an added advantage
