ABOUT THE PROGRAM 

Our client is a SAICA accredited Training Office and can therefore provide candidates with the opportunity to complete their SAICA Training Contracts which forms a significant part of the Chartered Accountant (SA) qualification process.

We place your professional development as a key area of your journey with the Bank with technical and professional training underpinning your day-to-day job.

Since we are a small Bank, the opportunities and exposure to develop as a well-rounded CA(SA) are comprehensive.

Exam fees are fully paid by the Bank as well as comprehensive study leave allocated.

The Bank will also provide coaching and mentoring, academic support as well as external training.

As a Trainee, you will rotate to different areas of the Bank which provides sufficient training and exposure.

ENTRY CRITERIA 

Must have completed a Honors Degree in the certificate in the Theory of Accounting (CTA)
