Sage Intacct BI Director Job Description: Job Title: Sage Intacct Business Intelligence Director Job Description: Sage is seeking a Director, Business Analytics to join Sage Intacct North America. This role will be responsible for providing insight and analytics to make better decisions and support dynamic stakeholders whose needs can change/adapt over time. This newly created position will leverage data across multiple platforms to drive insights for our Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Product and Executive teams. A successful candidate will be passionate about analyzing, interpreting and understanding data in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, and be able to communicate implications and hypotheses with business stakeholders at all levels. Behind what the users see, build the architecture and technical infrastructure to support business critical reporting, data processes, and analytics. Develop and maintain data centers that empowers users to work easily and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities: • Maintain data integrity of a single source of truth in data analytic environment. • Work closely with stakeholders across the business to produce high quality analyses that drive actionable insights. • Own requirements for business intelligence and reporting needs for various organizations. • Communicate findings, insights, and results in a clear, concise, and effective manner. • Build out a BI architecture and BI stack to support company reporting needs across multiple data sources • Responsible for the management, prioritization, and execution of multiple ad-hoc projects requests. • Maintain and manage all backend processes for errors and failures • Develop a technical team to support the technical infrastructure • Manage and maintain all BI and ETL platforms (Tableau, Informatica..) Requirements: • BS degree with 7-10 years of experience in cloud service business data analysis. • Self-starter who are intellectually curious and approach problems proactively. • Demonstrate passion for solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches to generate insights from data. • Strong data modeling and data management skills. Data architect experience is a plus • Ability to distill large and complex data sets into business insight • Strong SQL skills working with Oracle DB and/or Snowflake • Handson Unix shell scripting skill • Understand Booking reporting and lead to opportunity conversion in Salesforce • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels across multiple functions. • Experienced with different BI tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI • Experience working with Salesforce Function: Sales Country: United States Office Location: San Jose Work Place type: Hybrid Advert Working at Sage means you’re supporting millions of small and medium sized businesses globally with technology to work faster and smarter.
