Job Description

This role will support the safety team by being the main point of contact as it relates to traffic violations and new applicant drug testing information.

Primary Responsibilities

Monitor, review, and receive required Safety documents.Assist with accident documentation and handlingMonitor driver terminations for updates to Safety BonusProcess Safety Observation ReportsAnswer calls and respond to emails regarding safety issues and respond in a timely mannerMaintain several spreadsheets for the departmentProvide Service 2.OD to internal and external customersUtilize a high sense of confidentiality when handling sensitive information

Job Qualifications

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and SAPDetail oriented with a sense of urgencyAbility to learn quickly and work as part of a teamAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customersMaintain a positive attitude
