Description

This role oversees safety education, accident prevention, loss control, and regulatory compliance for the organization. The role establishes and maintains a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment per all applicable regulations and policies.Additional responsibilities include:Guiding location trainers, developing training content, teaching classes, and scheduling trainingInvestigating incidents, accidents, injuries, determining fault, completing reports/files, counseling driversOverseeing scheduling processes to ensure safe, timely service deliveryPlanning and conducting monthly safety meetings aligned with goalsAssisting and training drivers on passenger management and safety issuesPerforming driver road evaluationsSupervising safety and training staffProviding reports and analyses on safety trends, developing cost-saving recommendationsOther duties as required Pre-Employment Requirements:Must submit to drug testing and a background check.  Physical Requirements:Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed. 90% of work is accomplished indoors and in air conditioned or well-ventilated facilities. Work is accomplished in an office or in a cubicle space equipped with a telephone and computer. The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.   For more information, please visit our website at www.transdevna.com/careers
