Safety Manager
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Safety Manager to join their team. As a Safety Manager, you will be part of the safety department supporting various teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Kaukauna, WI

What's the Job?

Oversee organizational compliance with local, state, and federal environmental, health, and safety regulations. Develop and implement strategies to improve the existing safety culture within the organization. Monitor requirements and best practices from OSHA and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Support the creation of Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and ensure action plans are communicated effectively. Lead continuous improvement initiatives in safety and share best practices across all sites.

What's Needed?

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with OSHA standards is required. Proven experience managing safety issues and leading projects. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Bachelor's degree and Certified Safety Professional certification preferred.
