Hire Resolve’s client is a great mining company in Mpumalanga, which is seeking the expertise of a Safety Manager to join their team in Middelburg.

Responsibilities: 

Ensure compliance with the OHSACT and Environmental Acts and Regulations Advise management on applicable legal changes and the possible impact on the company Implementation of SHE systems, ISO 45001, policies, procedures and standards and Behaviour based Safety programmes Conducting and coordinating internal and external SHE management audits Liaise with internal, external customers and relevant statutory bodies Managing incident and accident investigations

Requirements:

Grade 12 Diploma / Degree in Safety Management ISO14001 qualifications and 45001 8 – 12 years experience in a plant mining environment Minimum 3 years at manager level

Benefits:

Salary: R1M/yr – R1.2M/yr, salary negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Training & Development Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable)
